Shorinji Kempo is a cool and unique martial arts system that draws on several Japanese and Chinese martial arts traditions. While not as well known as other martial arts, more than one million Shorinji Kempo students practice in 33 countries worldwide. 

Shorinji Kempo is a not for profit Martial Arts system. “Shorinji Kempo" means "Shaolin Temple Fist”  in Japanese.  The primary goals of Shorinji  Kempo are physical fitness, mental and spiritual enrichment, character building and community. out
