Mondays - Adult Classes Ages: 12 and up

Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM. (Meet up 6:10 PM - 6:20PM at the North Entrance.)

Thursdays -All levels - Ages 6 and up  - (Starting May 1, 2025)

Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM. (Meet up at 6:00 PM - 6:15 PM at the north side parking entrance.)

From May 1, 2025, all practices will be held at the Rose City Park Presbyterian Church only. We will no longer be practicing at the Opening to Life Movement Studio.
